Since 1994 the mission of HSH+S is to provide comprehensive Recruiting, Headhunting and Executive Search Services to clients from almost all industries.

HSH+S RecruitingPLUS is a very interesting service for foreign companies with a smaller legal entity or subsidiary in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, searching for new staff members with less success, not able to spend the budget of a professional Headhunting or Direct Search Service.

RecruitingPLUS provides support and administration services in recruitment projects, the company doesn’t have Human Resources to manage such recruitments.

Recruiting Service

HSH+S will manage the whole process including the media process, the correspondence with the applicants and will forward interesting CVs to the client. This includes research, recommendation of advertising media and other media that come into question. HSH+S will design and text a concise advertisement and will manage its placement in suit-able advertising media after release by the client. In addition, at the discretion of HSH+S, publication and establishment of contacts via online forums, newsgroup, networks and blogs. We only need the client’s job profile including the definition of the area of authority and responsibility as well as the organizational classification of the vacant position.
